• Participation in claiming rewards and leveling up involves skill and timing-based mechanics. This is not a game of chance.

• We do not provide refunds or guarantees on your participation.

3. Wallet and Account Information

• We only collect wallet addresses to provide a seamless experience.

• Optional email collection is used to send updates and information.

• Users are responsible for securing their wallet credentials and ensuring their access to the platform.

4. Rewards and Claim Mechanism

• Rewards are distributed based on the structures outlined in the game documentation.

• Users must claim rewards within the set timeframes. Rewards are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and late claims may result in rewards no longer being redeemable.

• Reward allocation is based on user speed and strategy, not chance.

• The outcome of leveling up Hand Cards relies on a transparent on-chain randomization process, which does not impact the primary reward claiming mechanism.

• Users acknowledge that all rewards are distributed according to predefined smart contract rules and cannot be altered retroactively.

5. Third-Party Integrations

• Reown: Used for wallet connection, which may store data related to faster wallet access.

• Chainlink, Pyth Network, Orochi Network: These services operate solely within the blockchain environment and do not process personal data directly on the web.

6. Whitelisting and Public Sales

• Whitelisting is handled via social media events and manual wallet address collection.

• Future updates may allow wallet addresses and emails to be submitted for whitelisting directly.

7. Fraud & Misuse Policy

• Any use of bots, multi-accounting, or other unfair means to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.

• Violators may have their rewards revoked, accounts restricted, or permanently banned from the platform.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and carry inherent risks.

• HandsNFT AI does not function as an investment platform. All participation is for entertainment and competitive purposes only.

• Users are solely responsible for understanding their local regulations and ensuring their compliance with applicable laws.

10. Season-Based Operation & Expiration of Digital Assets

• The HandsNFT AI game operates on a seasonal basis.

• All in-game assets and rewards expire at the end of each season. Users acknowledge that participation does not entitle them to any future claims.

• The company reserves the right to discontinue services or make modifications at any time, with or without prior notice.

11. Dispute Resolution
