  • Mandatory Data: Wallet addresses to enable platform access.

  • Optional Data: Email addresses submitted via the homepage for updates and notifications.

  • Wallet addresses: To personalize the user experience and display relevant blockchain-based data.

  • Email addresses: To inform users about new features, updates, and announcements.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Collected data is stored securely and only accessed for operational purposes.

  • We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Due to the decentralized nature of blockchain, transactions recorded on-chain cannot be altered or deleted. However, users can disconnect their wallet from our platform and request the removal of off-chain stored optional data (e.g., email addresses).

  • HandsNFT AI functions as an interface for blockchain transactions. While the platform does not process transactions itself, it provides an interface where users can trigger blockchain functions (e.g., claiming rewards) via smart contracts.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Reown: Used for wallet connection, which may store session data to enhance the connection experience.

  • Chainlink, Pyth Network, and Orochi: These services operate solely within the blockchain environment and do not process personal data directly on the web.

  • Google Analytics: Used to collect anonymized usage data to improve the platform’s user experience. This data is not personally identifiable and is processed according to Google’s privacy policies.

  • Some third-party services used within HandsNFT AI may store session-related data to enhance user experience. However, these services do not process personal user data beyond wallet authentication purposes.

6. User Rights

  • Users can request the deletion of their optional email data by contacting support.

  • Wallet connections can be revoked through wallet settings.

  • Users have the right to access, modify, or delete any collected personal data where applicable.

7. Data Sharing Transparency

  • We do not sell user data.

  • Anonymized data may be used for internal analytics to improve the platform.

  • Some aggregated, non-personally identifiable data may be shared with partners for analytics and service improvement.

  • We retain email addresses for as long as a user remains subscribed to our updates. Users may request removal at any time.

  • Wallet addresses are stored only for the duration of the active session and are not permanently saved by HandsNFT AI.
